One-to-one sessions built entirely around you. Full use of the studio’s equipment (including reformer) or using mat techniques. Available with Sarah or SMK instructor team.
2:1 Classes
Get almost the same undivided attention of a 1:1 class. The classes make use of all Pilates equipment, including the reformer. Available with Sarah or SMK instructor team.
Mat work classes
Mat-based Pilates in small groups of up to eight, covering mixed ability through to intermediate level.
